SHIPMENTS
Minimum order 150€.
Unless promotions, when foreseen, that provide free delivery: shipping 20€.
Delivery estimated in 5 business days(10 days for remote areas) by TNT/Fedex courier.
When the order is dispatched, the courier will send you an e-mail with the information to track the package and to arrange the delivery; if you know that you will not be at home on the scheduled delivery day, you can request to postpone the delivery or receive your order at a TNT Point.
No weekend deliveries.
Deliveries may be delayed during holiday and sale periods.
For multi-product orders the shipments may be arranged on different days and different dispatch centres.
FREE RETURNS
We offer one free return for each purchase
Log in to your profile and fill in the return form in your order history within 14 days.
We will arrange the procedures for the pick-up by TNT / Fedex courier.
The courier or our customer service will provide you the return instructions within 3 working days from the registration of the return request.
Time limit for a return is extended to 30 days for purchases made in August and December.
