FREE RETURNS

We offer one free return for each purchase (free returns shipping costs; duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the shipping costs of the return and have to be paid by the customer).

Please fill in the return form, within 14 days*.

We will arrange the procedures for the pick-up by TNT / Fedex courier.

The return instructions are sent via e-mail within 3 working days from the registration of the return request.

You may check the Terms and Conditions section to review the full policy on returns and refunds (Art 10,11,12,13).

*Time limit for a return is extended to 30 days for purchases made in August and December.
