FREE RETURNS

We offer one free return for each purchase.

Please fill in the return form, within 14 days*.

We will arrange the procedures for the pick-up.

The return instructions are sent via e-mail within 3 working days from the registration of the return request.

*Time limit for a return is extended to 30 days for purchases made in August and December.
