During checkout, you will be able to view different delivery options, along with the associated costs and estimated delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, the courier will send you a notification containing tracking details.
Alternatively, by entering your email address and order ID, you can track your shipment via the following link.

Please note that due to the reduced operations of our logistics centers during the summer closure, shipments for orders placed in August may experience delays.
Since orders are fulfilled by both our central warehouse and retail stores, it is not possible to predict in advance which items might be affected.
We will, however, do our utmost to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

The courier will also send a notification with the estimated delivery date. 
If you are unavailable on the specified date, we suggest you manage the delivery via the link provided in the notification you received.

During public holidays or periods of high order volume (sales, promotions, etc.), delivery times may be subject to delays.

For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be organised on different days and from different dispatch centres.
